Cal Poly Trip:
Yayayaya for road trips, which is what our journey to Cal Poly turned into more than just a run up to see the school. We stopped in Hollywood to visit Sarah's favorite lesbian friends at Johnny Rockets and go to Amoeba records to get some cd's. Go there someday everyone, just with a lot of money because it was so exciting we had to go back on the way home when we stopped in Hollywood again to visit the Coffee Bean where Briteny eats. Did you know thereis really a place called OXNARD??? So strange. Sarah and I stopped to see her old apartment in Santa Barbara then went to get some lunch and go to UCSB. We drove around campus, but it seemed just a smaller more in danger of being killed by waves version of UCSD so we moved on to driving to Cal Poly. We didn't get gas in SB and figured we could get it in a while but after like 30 min of driving on the empty light in the mountains we didn't see a single station. After a bit of freaking out we finally found some gas before the motor died. Cal Poly was much smaller with a big farming department and the town was, in the words of Sarah, "cute". We drove around and got dinner and a hotel and on Sunday walked around campus some. In one of the open halls they had this poster which now lives on my wall and all the drinking fountains had this sign posted above for some reason. Sarah also took some pictures, and I so happen to have a picture of Sarah taking pictures, ill put it up later if Sarah lets me, she is at work now. That is about all I think.
