Crazy No-Sleep Sleep: I have been trying to go to sleep early ( like 11 is early around here) but it never works out and I wake up at 6:30 and can't fall back asleep really so I just lay there and think about random things and when I run out of those I meditate on Sarahy ;-). Still I wish I had more SLEEP!!!! and that it was quality. On another note, Jimson just went into the bathroom and I have turned on my Nirvana videos and plan on jumping around while watching them in a second for my morning stretch!
