Urban Terror 4.0 is out now, you can read about the release over at UrbanTerror.net. I have mirrored the files here on AltDreams.

If you do not have Quake3 the you can use the following installers:
Linux/OS X
Windows
Note from Frozen Sand:
Please Do Not use your OLD CONFIG
Also Update your desktop shortcut to this "C:\Program Files\Quake III Arena\quake3.exe" set fs_game q3ut4 +set com_hunkmegs 512 try 368 if thats too high for you
Dont use Quake3 and go through the MOD menu this will cause you problems
