crazy film class:
anybody heard of peggy ahwesh or stan brakhage? Odd-ball film makers (Brakhage being very famous). This art history course is out there, I am not a film maker or anything but it is astonishing the way some of these people have come up with ways to film movies, things I do not think I would ever have come up with nor anything close to normal hollywood. I found on youtube some short Brakhage stuff, unfortunately all of it are the fast motion type of films which is only one aspect (and one i don't like) of the movies he made...and he made 400 in his life! Hard to really get the effects of these films when you aren't in a big dark theater though but check them out. Soon though we get to see the Andy Warhol movies, including "China Girl"? I can't recall the title but it takes two projectors to run or something and is incredible rare to be able to rent a copy of.

RSS Images:
So BlogHarbor thinks it can win the war and advertise on my site, so if you are in firefox just right click on the blogharbor images and tell it to block images from tool.blogharbor.com. I will get a better RSS feed reader soon, now for school.

Getting a Job:
So I guess you guys know that after college we have to get jobs.....I mean...thats what they tell us...so this summer I am trying to obtain an internship with a reputable company (or any that will take me...). I haven't worked since last August...so I'm not sure I'll enjoy it...but so far I've been dressed up in a monkey suit and paraded through multiple interviews. I sat through a 3 hour interview in which 5 people grilled me...just for an INTERNSHIP!!! If I get a job.....its going to be amazing. I'll stop being poor. Are any guys going to have any kind of 'real' jobs this summer? or am I the only one....with no fun... PS I have played Halo 2 a couple times...on the xbox....and after 2 times I can kick ppls asses....console users have no idea how to use a rocket launcher (thank you madcow...thankyou)

Tux Paint Stuff:
I made a program that lets you sample colors and do strokes from an input image for my graphics class. I know it's silly to have Tux in a screenshot from windows, but it has to compile in Visual Studio, and I don't want to risk it under Linux.
