Yesterday I sadly missed a Tegan and Sara show in LA because there were about a million people there (photos later), but I did get to see this movie in a little theater while I was there. Smashing Pumpkins Show #2:
 Greg went with me this night, it was pretty awesome. There are no full setlists online right now, but I will add one later if I find it around. The video above is from that show, with Billy playing a B-side song from the new CD. Quiet songs like this are just what the CD needed to be more than just OK. At least they are playing them live, so I hold out hope for the future. Smashing Pumpkins Show #1:
As you can see from the set list, they played a long long show (about 3 hours) and a ton of rare stuff. Some of those songs in the middle of the list I haven't even heard before as far as I know. There was stuff from every CD besides Gish. The new songs were not as interesting live as I had hoped, but 3 hours is a long time to play and keep everyone into it the whole time. Just letting you know:
So if you hadn't heard, I got into the Teacher Education Program here at the University of Washington and I'm pursuing a Masters in Teaching. I'll be living in Seattle for the next few years at least, but I'm going to try to make it back to Escondido sometime this summer. Where are you people at and what are you doing? Let me know. Peace. So there have been a lot of people playing Daikatana online recently because of the MP only download some forum members at rome.ro made. I just got done play an hour of Ep2 maddness and I must say that you should go download the game if you don't have it installed and join sometime. AIM me and I will fight anytime I am not at work. DK IS AWESOME. Also I want someone to play me who is pretty good, right now everyone online is either way more hardcore than me and I can barely get frags or they are noobs who I feel bad killing a lot because I don't want to scare them off.
